The lubricating grease added to the bearing does not meet the requirements or is contaminated:
Lubricating grease should not be used as it is not easy to form a uniform lubricating oil film. Unable to reduce internal friction and wear of bearings, insufficient lubrication, and increased bearing temperature. When different types of lubricating grease are mixed, chemical reactions may occur, causing the grease to deteriorate and clump, reducing lubrication effectiveness. The pollution of lubricating grease can also increase the temperature of bearings. During the process of adding lubricating grease, dust will fall into the bearing, causing oil pollution and causing the lubricating grease inside the bearing box to deteriorate, thereby damaging the lubrication of the bearing and increasing its service life. Temperature.
Therefore, suitable lubricating grease should be selected. During maintenance, the bearing box and bearings should be cleaned, and the refueling pipeline should be checked to ensure smooth operation. Different types of lubricating grease should not be mixed. If replacing with other types of lubricating grease, the original lubricating grease should be cleaned first; Regularly add lubricating grease, which should be properly stored to prevent moisture and dust.
Insufficient heat dissipation:
Check if the pipeline is blocked, and if the inlet and return water temperatures exceed the standard. If the cooler is not suitable for use, has poor cooling effect, and cannot meet the usage requirements, it should be replaced or installed in parallel with a new cooler in a timely manner. The insulation and sealing of the core tube of the axial flow induced draft fan should also be checked.
Confirm that there are no such issues, then check the alignment of the coupling and the bearings.
The alignment of the coupling must comply with the process standards. For axial flow induced draft fans, hydraulic couplings, etc., the issue of thermal expansion during equipment operation should also be considered. The impeller side of the induced draft fan expands due to heat, causing the bearing box to rise. When the temperature of the hydraulic coupling increases, the bearing seat expands and the bearing rises.
