During the operation of imported bearings, all other movements that deviate from the ideal position, except for some inherent and functionally required movements between high-temperature bearing parts, are called bearing vibration. The vibration generated during the movement of imported bearings is a complex random vibration, and it is currently impossible to fully describe it with a specific motion equation. The factors that affect the vibration of imported bearings are very complex. The vibration of imported bearings can be affected by factors such as the ripple, roughness, surface quality, differences in rolling element dimensions, structural type of imported bearings, assembly clearance, and working conditions of the ring groove.
Research both domestically and internationally has shown that bearing noise and vibration are two different reflections of the same thing. They have an essential connection, and the vibration of imported bearings is the root cause of noise generation. Noise and vibration are both generated during the operation of high-temperature bearings, so their measurement methods must have commonalities. So, the goal of controlling bearing noise by controlling bearing vibration can be achieved within a certain range and to a certain extent.
When large models of ball bearings or imported bearings are operating at low speeds under pure radial loads, the impact sound of the moving projectile and its control method will be reduced. Due to the small centrifugal force of the moving projectile, the moving projectile in the non load area will impact the connecting frame or raceway and emit noise. But with the advancement of the engine speed, that kind of noise will disappear. There are no methods to control the impact sound of moving projectiles: appropriately reducing the radial clearance, and using imported bearings with connecting frames that are not properly arranged and materials that are not harmonious.
The rolling sound of imported bearings and its control methods. Rolling sound is a harsh and unpleasant metal friction sound that can occur in high-temperature bearings in various places. It mostly occurs outside larger types of bearings lubricated with grease, while it is more difficult to occur outside lubricating grease that is deteriorating its base oil function. It almost does not occur during oil lubrication.
